It is time for us as a community to stand up for our rights, stand up for ourselves and stand up for our future! Far to long, we have been the victims of a system that was designed, specifically, with our failure in mind. From slavery, to the "Jim Crow" era to the Mass Incarceration movement we have been systematically disenfranchised and prevented from being benefactors of the economic opportunities of this country. Only we,as a community can change that. Join me in the fight to change the tide and create a lasting movement that will be felt for generations to come!

  • Fredrick D. Scott is the founder of the New York City–based foundation, The Scott Family Foundation Intl. Scott is a former financial consultant, private equity investor, venture capitalist, Investment Banking and Advisory firm founder and is currently a motivational speaker, social activist and philanthropist. Named one of Ebony magazine’s “Top 30 Under 30” in May 2010 at the age of 25, Scott was, at the time, the youngest African American hedge fund founder in history. The former Wall Street wunderkind is now ready to revolutionize the economic development landscape in the minority community.

  • Studies show that our community is the largest consumer demographic in America, yet, we have the lowest savings to income ratio and the lowest fico scores, on average, in America. This is because we lack a proper understanding of the way money works and more, how to make money work for us. So many businesses come into our community and make money off of our community by exploiting what we do not know. I have always said that the most expensive price one can pay in this life is the cost of ignorance. That's why I'm fighting to ensure our community is armed with the tools necessary to be able to run successful businesses, manage their finances better, manage their credit profiles better, become homeowner and most importantly, keep the African American dollar within the community, by supporting the businesses that are in the community and by ensuring that as a community we thrive together because we are only as strong as our weakest link!

  • It is not enough anymore for us to simply raise our voices in protest. In addition to that, we must also become active participants in the political process not only with our votes, but also with our dollars. Further, it is a firm fact that public opinion is shaped through the media, for media influences decision. To this end, I will teach our community how to influence legislative agenda's by using our dollars to gain the ear and influence of the politicians in the way other demographics and communities have done for centuries. I will also teach our community how to use the media strategically to mold and shape public opinion and galvanize support that enables changes for our community that will stand the test of time!

  • I am a firm believe that there is no substitution for the proper command of subject matter (practical education). It is only through this type of education that we can rise above our circumstances and be what we were truly meant to be: leaders, pioneers and stewards of our destiny. Education forever breaks the binds of slavery both mentally and physically that we have been shackled with since our forced migration to this country. Sit with me as I educate the community on the strategies and principles needed to break these binds... From Economic Empowerment to Political engagement, I will show you by my words, actions and well researched examples; the tools necessary to respond in a way that liberates you, your family and our community as a whole!

  • As someone who spent almost 5 years of his life inside of the Federal Prison system, based on dubious circumstances at best, I know first hand what it means to be victimized by a system that is completely against people of color, that punishes people of color if they are too successful or too outspoken. Join me, as I expose the truth behind a system that continues to make us a slaves of the 21st century. I will teach you how the system works and how you can avoid being a victim of similar circumstances and I will show our community how to properly fight to end this new form of slavery so our children do not have to face the same situations that we do everyday!

  • Fredrick is full of information and is willing to give it to anyone who wants it. His story is powerful and inspiring. He is proof positive that you can overcome any challenge in life as long as you are willing to work hard, never quit and stay focused. It is an honor and a pleasure to know him and I'm excited to see what he does next!

    Terracia Brown (2018)

  • I have known Fredrick (whom I call Einstein) since he started in his career, I was actually his first mentor. Fredrick has had a lot of successes and a lot of setbacks over the course of his career, but he has never wavered in determination , perseverance and focus. He has always been a student of knowledge and his skills and talents are rare. It is no surprise that he has accomplished so much at such a young age and even though he went to prison, I am proud to see that he is already making a comeback. I am proud to call him my friend and my brother. I hope you write a book soon Einstein!
